PMB Staff

We know that you need professionals that understand your business and take an active role in solving accounting and business problems. We emphasize a client oriented approach and encourage all of our staff to develop close working relationships with their clients. We understand that you do not want to train our staff. We try to hire experienced professionals who generally have had several years working experience. We offer advancement opportunities to all our staff and provide them training both at outside professional classes and through our program of in house training. Staff turnover is low and several of our staff have been with us since we formed PMB+CO.
