Michael C. Berg

Michael has been a CPA since 1981, including seven years with Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco before starting his own firm more than 15 years ago. His industry experience includes manufacturing, high tech, wholesale, retail, professional services and not-for-profits. He has a broad background in private industry, including ownership of two companies in San Francisco.

His extensive management experience includes work with both public and private firms as CFO. He assisted in business plan development, raised equity and convertible debt, and participated in several public offerings. He helped structure several strategic and joint venture relationships and worked closely with senior management and Boards of Directors. Michael is active in SEC compliance work and helped draft several private placement memorandums.
